Weddings Ceremonies at Brantwood

Celebrate your special day at Brantwood, the home of John Ruskin from 1872 until 1900. Overlooking Coniston Water with spectacular views of Coniston Old Man, there is no more atmospheric place than Brantwood. Choose from the Drawing Room, looking as it almost did when Ruskin lived or the Severn Studio, Brantwood’s refurbished Edwardian Artists’ studio that hosts a number of local, national and international exhibitions throughout the year.

Wedding in the Drawing Room Guide price £900.00

• Available between 5pm and 7pm
• The Drawing Room can accommodate 40 people seated (more if only a few seats are required)
• Drinks and canapés can be served (by arrangement with Jumping Jenny) in the Brantwood Entrance Hall after the ceremony.
• Guests are free to tour the House and Gardens.

Wedding in the Severn Studio Guide price £900.00

• Available between 4pm and 7pm (Easter to end of September)
• Available between 12noon and 7pm (rest of the year)
• The Severn Studio can accommodate between 50 – 60 people
• Drinks and canapés can be served (by arrangement with Jumping Jenny) after the ceremony
• Guests are free to tour the House and Gardens until 7 p.m.
